Honor and Accountability
This week we’re looking at 1 Timothy 5:17–25. Paul gives Timothy a balanced picture of leadership where we honor those who serve well while also keeping leaders grounded in truth and healthy accountability. In a world full of leadership failures and unchecked egos, this passage reminds us that character matters. It’s not just for leaders, either, we all lead in some area as a parent, friend, co-worker. We all need healthy accountability.
