My heart for the men of our congregation, and really for all the men in the church and outside of the church in the Fort, is for them to find some brothers. I'm talking about guys who will help each other out without judging or shaming. We all struggle with something, and we are all pretty alone in our struggles.
Our men's group meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month in the Kinsmen Room at Station Square at 9am.
We have a light breakfast and coffee and view the videos from the Conquer Series, which help us to understand and overcome addictions in our lives. The tone of these meetings is to be brothers in the battles of life. To stand with each other and help each other through our struggles.
Like a band of brothers.
